LAND EVALUATION – FEASIBILITY STUDIES
We regularly conduct initial feasibility studies on behalf of clients in order to advise on likely land values for sites / assets before the involvement of architects, house builders and developers.
Working for a number of public sector institutions and registered charities, we are well set to working within the provisions of the Charities Act and we regularly prepare Charity Act Compliant reports to assist in the disposal/acquisition of property assets/land.
